Ok so today is skin the bear and cut it up... Was very cold here last night and we had it packed with bags of ice... Glad I didn't go this morning as my target bear was there at 5:45 am and I would have spooked him.
Both Jon and I will be out later. I heard there was a 600 lber shot yesterday... Dan is still on cloud 9..

So they went ti check some cams, now it's just me and the bear and peace and quiet. And Steve Rinella - his how-to video on bear skinning is very informative

Head, paws, and skin are rolled up and in the freezer. Carcass is quartered and in the cooler, will cut up tomorrow. Out in the woods with ol' John now, looking for yogi.
