Given the difference in arrival times, Thursday dinner and Friday breakfast/lunch is best left to the individuals. We can hit @brock ratcliff up for pizza for dinner on Friday.

I'll volunteer for breakfast on Saturday. I can do breakfast burritos and if someone wanted to grab a few boxes of cereal for the kids, we'd have a nice feed.

A few years ago we had a taco bar and it went over great. I'd like to suggest it for the Saturday meal. I can provide all the meat, if we can get volunteers for everything else. Someone bring onions, someone else bring tomatoes, etc. Thoughts? We have 13 days to figure it out.

It's my favorite cuisine and it's Cinco de Mayo (at the stroke of midnight), plus it would be my honor to hook @giles up with a proper feed for his people's holiday. If people want to provide some desserts on Saturday, a little sweetness to wash down a taco feed never hurt any feelings.

Do we have a general head count? 1/3-1/2# per person, so I'm guessing 10#s will be enough. I'll add some shrimp to the mix too.

I don’t believe anyone would be upset about some pulled pork sandwiches for lunch on a Friday would they? I got an extra and something easy and makes a lot!

Also got some firewood I’ll be bringing just cost me some smoked burnt ends ready to sit back by a fire with the boys and chill out

We'll be there late Thursday. Looks like food is filling out nicely, I'll put our $ towards a good load of dry firewood, cereal/milk to support Saturday breakfast and some chips/snacks. If anything else big is missing, pls call it out.
