2025 EHD?

Ok ... First off I hear alot about this guy " Tonk".... Who the hell is he??? Does he work for the DNR ???
Ok from what I'm reading on here this could be the biggest outbreak of EHD to ever hit Ohio killing thousands and thousands of deer... Therefore come the end of the season this should reflect hugely on the total deer kill reported by the DNR...Who wants to bet they come up with a kill that's close to last year... WHAT ??? That's right cause they lie and pad the numbers... They could give a rats ass about you and the deer... ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MIGHTY DOLLAR... Maybe if sportsman banded together and said enough is enough and did not buy a license they would open up their eyes... But this is not going to happen... Hey look at the bright side... Less non-resident hunters this year as they will take their dollars elsewhere and maybe some outfitters will go belly up for lack of income...

Webinar? Like a seminar except it is online?

If so, that makes sense. They get up and talk. No Q&A. Gives a sense of caring. Save some face. Educate a few. And let's be honest: there isn't much they can do outside of lowering bag limits. A bit late for that to occur. Hard to lower a county limits if 1/4 of it is decimated and 3/4 of the county has a handful here and there. I've been hard on them in the past but I don't see many options for them on the EHD. Thanks for sharing the info.

I would think lowing doe limit to 1 in select counties would be a step in the right direction. (and wouldn't think it is too late to do so)
