35 Years Ago Today...

This is what happened. Interesting video and will make you think about the shortcuts we take in our life. Please watch.

Clear Standards of performance and adherence to them are critical for consistent success. Take ole Nick for instance. He gets a lot of crap for his "trust the process" approach. That from a man that has an oatmeal cream pie and a cup of coffee for breakfast, and a salad with lunch meat and no dressing for lunch. Every. Single. Day. No deviation.

I was at work into my 2nd year of my employment with the USPS. Very sad and somber mood for a good few days to a week after that terrible accident! I remember seeing pieces of the Challenger being found spread across a large area for days. Lost some heroes and heroines that day....😐🙏

Sitting in my 4th grade classroom and watching it on TV. Never seen a teacher move so fast in my life to turn the TV off. Being that young and innocent we had no idea just how bad it was. By that age I had no life experiences with people dieing so I didn't really know the magnitude of what we just watched. Wasn't until years late that I learned the hard lesson and permanence of death. I watched the anniversary special they had awhile back and remembered back to that day and felt the sadness that I was to young to understand back then.
