Yesterday was my first real hunt since this... I've sat in my yard a couple of times with the kids, but that isn't hunting to me. Yesterday, I hunted. It was my second hunt of the year and I was locked in. Nature gave me a lesson, I was skunked. I'm excited to get back out again but I'm not in any hurry.

What a bad year... This one jumped the arrow worse then any other deer I'd ever seen. I should've know with how skittish she was acting. I also went out with borrowed equipment. 100% this is on me and I can't explain how bad it has crushed my confidence. Feeling pretty damn depressed and ashamed. Sorry guys...
