Air rifle repair

We have Norwegian rats around our house. I teed one up with my 5 year old Benjamin rifle, pulled the trigger and it sounded like it didn't have enough air to push out the pellet whatsoever. Opened the breach and the pellet was still seated. It's a cocking gun, not a pump. Anyone know of a repair shop within 50 miles of Columbus?

There is an O-ring right at the break. Look at it first. Easy enough to get pinched and messed up. Usually you can flip it over, unless thats already been done.
