Figured I would create a thread to share with some of you fellas... you know, make you drool and whatnot...

These are pictures from my brother, who lives in Alaska, Eagle River to be exact... sometimes he gives me locations, sometimes not. I will share what info I have though...

Also, if anyone is ever interested in going up there, lemme know. My brother has offered to show anyone around who heads up.

That's one hell of a shanty he's got.

I've always wanted to ice fish in Alaska. I doubt it ever happens, but I can dream.

Yea, ice fishing is his passion for sure, badger, so he has to have all of the best stuff. His new thing is spear fishing for pike using a pole spear. You cut a long hole in the ice and decoy with a hookless lure. Pike comes in to investigate and you jab it. He says it's a rush. I am sure if you ever made it up there he would take you out.
