So we have been putting in for Iowa for five years. Had 4 pts and put in this year. Well as my luck would have it we were unsuccessful again. Maybe Covid backlog has it all jacked up. 🤷🏼‍♂️

No got to make some decisions. It’s back to Missouri, or Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana or possibly Ohio. Don’t know anything about most of them. Been to Illinois once and several times to Missouri and Nebraska which I wasn’t very impressed with. Even hunted Kansas but that’s a two year draw thing now. So what does the green screen have to offer a redneck Cajun?

If you plan to do an early season (october) run up here to SW Ohio, I could probably offer the camper. Otherwise my basement is open. I'll text you my address if you want to do some map scouting.

Honestly, KY has some great opportunities with fantastic deer potential and isn't packed with people like Ohio's public land usually gets. I personally feel like y'all would have a more enjoyable time hunting KY and honestly have a more realistic shot at a 130+ on public. If you were to go for two weeks starting the second week of November, which should be rut, you can hunt the first week with a bow and the 2nd with a rifle.
