Daughter Shelby has been on the mission of making and baking the perfect sourdough bread loaf and, by golly I think she’s NAILED IT!😜🤟🏻
 
Leftover smoked pork belly rashers pan fried on a bed of baby spinach and arugula with duck eggs over medium and home made sourdough toast.

How does it compare to fresh side or is it the same thing? I love fresh side! Campbells in Duncan Falls is about the only place that sells that cut along my route home. Central Market in McConnelsville use to but they closed.
