m down for public electrocutions. Hell put them on my electric bill, Ill pay for it.

bullets are cheaper, but a rope can be used over and over again.

Force the little bastards into the military, send them straight to combat. maybe they will understand the sacrifice that man made, for them, so long ago.

not to play devils advocate, but cant ropes only be used once due to the stretch? I thought that was a problem they used to have when they tried to use them to many times, they had to much give, and wouldnt break the neck it would just slowly choke the person to death...........maybe thats a good thing in this case.
