Mike, we do the bag thing with whole birds not just breasts, but I'm sure it will still be fine.

This tastes very similar to the Alice Springs Chicken at the Outback Steakhouse.

The wife fried it up in oil and added honey mustard, cheese, and bacon. Man is it good!

mmmmm Love pheasant.... Years ago when we would actually get a few a year we'd cook them like turkeys in the bag and they were really good just like that.... Can't imagine what the wife could do with some now lol....
