Get the younger ones and it's fine. Older ones are tuff and the meat isn't very flavorful.

@ Giles. You stand correct! If it looks like a bear den on a cold morning in which vapor/heat is pouring out the cave exhaust crack in the ceiling...there might be a bear in there.
