not sure...might be the dye needed to get them so dark? I am going to be experimenting with some more black ones and i will try some acetone on them first and see if that helps...i had issues with them even on wraps...
Knock on wood, I haven't had any problems at all with black blazers. I've used Fletchtite Platinum with good results, but have recently switched to Loctite Ultra Control Gel... I prep all my arrow shafts with acetone before fletching.
