Thanks guys! Beentown- Used it last season. Probably not this year. Ordered a new muzzy at the show this weekend. TC Omega! Looking forward to receiving it and dialing it in.

Hey CJ.. You ever seen one of these before. I think they were pretty common. But the Action is what's unique to me... It's a Springfield J Stevens 87a .22 Auto.. Shoots Shorts (single only) Longs, and LR.... To shoot shorts you can load the tube and chamber a round. Then push in the charging handle to lock the bolt so it doesn't blow back.. To Chamber another short you pull out the Charging handle, work the action and push it back in... Longs and LR fire in Auto and it will reload itself.. It has like a split bolt design.. Sucker is a tack driver.

Just put this in the other thread, so why not over here? Smith and Wesson 22A

Sweet shooting gun, I carry it squirrel hunting though I've yet to shoot one with it. Perfect for coons and other garbage trashing critters.

Jack, I have seen a couple but never had the pleasure of shooting one. Looks like a piece of history. Nice post.

To clean it you can unscrew that cap on the back of the rifle... Off comes the cap and the buffer spring... Then all it's guts slide out in your lap... I bet your first word is "SHIT" just like mine was...

Just for you CJD! If I am not mistaken, I know you are a fan of the 1911's.
