The colt new frontier with both cylinders is worth at least $800, assuming good condition. Depending how you try to sell it, you may see $1200-1500 if somebody with money really wants it.
I am not one to believe everything listed on gun broker.

S&W 396 early pistol with no dash model number.
The 396 Mountain Lite is a 5 shot 44 Special 3" with a aluminum frame with a trace metal of scandium added to increase the metal strength to almost steel. Has a titanium cylinder and a stainless steel barrel insert. The bottom of the grip even has a cutout for attaching a lanyard strap.
It makes a great all around field carry light weight pistol. I'm in love with the 44 caliber. I also have a 696 SS pistol in 44 Spl. with 4" barrel but it's too heavy and going on the market this weekend in Lima.
I've had this pistol for 10 plus years, had it out shooting and it's a keeper.
The gun is limited by S&W to 200 gr. so I cast up a full wadcutter cast bullet in 180 gr.

Here is a link to GB of one that sold yesterday. Holy crap it sold for more than double of what I paid for mine. Good investment.

Nice looking gun Frank.
Great investment you made with that one.

I tend to buy special runs as they always go up in value when no longer available.
Now I'm trying to see a reason for my S&W 686 4" 357 mag, or my S&W 60 3" 38 Spl. pistol. The jury is still out on the 686 but the Model 60 is also going to the Lima show this weekend. As is GI MI Carbine with folding stock and a Universal Enforcer 30 carbine pistol. Both have doubled in value.
I always carried the Model 60 with shot shells for rattle snakes when PD hunting. On a side note it looks like 4 of are old crew are going PD shooting in SD in June 2016. I'll carry the 396 with shot shells.

Very nice gun. A nice Smith revolver is on my wish list.

I put the folding stock on and can't find the original GI stock.

Gotcha, I was going to say that if it's the paratrooper model you are pretty low. Have you ever been up to CMP in port Clinton. They sell military surplus firearms and parts. Thinking ng about going up there when I am ready to purchase my milsurp.

Been to the CMP store many times. To the best of my knowledge the only M1 Carbines that the CMP has are on the Auction Site and they sell for 2 times what their worth.
My rifle is a 25 yr. ol import by Blue Sky with a after market folding stock. I never use it so put the funds in my savings.

I've bought every 22 LR Trainer they ever sold.

Do they have other cool stuff at reasonable prices. It would be nice to be able to handle the milsurp b4 purchase so you know what you are getting.
