Barbed Broadheads???

In the late 80s and/or early 90s, there was a regulation against barbed broadheads. During that time frame, Hoyt made a broadhead in 85 gr. and 95 gr., called the Hoyt Chuck-IT. I used them for groundhogs, but according to the DNR, they were illegal for deer.

Does anyone know if this regulation has been changed? 🤔 I have not seen/read anything like this mentioned in the regulations. There seems to be more concern over cutting diameter and mechanical heads.

The reason why I'm asking about this is, I'm looking at the Simmons Original Interceptor, which is 190 gr., but the blade design could be interpreted as "barbed".

Who’s checking broadheads? I’ve never been checked and had my broadhead inspected

I have some of the Simmons and my game warden says they are legal in Ohio.
Also talked to John at simmons who makes them he said same thing. He used to live in Ohio but lives in Montana now. I think they have a list on states they are legal in.
