Basement Foundation repair

It's into the first week and it's still in the rough stages. The inside still needs to expose the footer and the outside has a lot of hand digging to do as well as the whole front excavation. It looks like piers will be necessary to fix the sinking garage foundation. Look at the fourth pic down. That is actually a full foundation for a tiny backdoor pad!

You may have addressed this earlier Mike, but did you get any help from your homeowners insurance on this?

Nope. Foundations are not covered.

At least they are getting too it...I hope you are able to get some construction pics when they start doing the piers. But more importantly, hope it all goes as planned and you guys can get back to normallcy!

Everything is back to normal. We had many hiccups along the way, but it's done.
