Bear Attacks Man In Pa.

Evidently last weekend a bear came out of the woods and attacked a man that was out for a walk... Luckily someone saw what was happening and shot bear.. Bear was tested and had rabies... Only goes to show you never know what's going to happen... Don't know if this link will open on here but it was caught on a security cam and shows attack go down...If it don't open just do a Google search for rabid bear attack in Pa.

I've had several close encounters with them, they have never been aggressive, just know that dinner is about to be served... As long as they know I'm not dinner...

J... I guess if small game was open I could, but shit I'm already carrying 50-75 lbs of corn, donuts, whatever...Hell I'm not getting any younger... One time I'm kneeling down pulling an SD card and get that feeling some thing is close by... Look over my shoulder and about 10 yds away is a bear watching me... Now it will be dark in 20 minutes and bear was standing the way I had to go... I bounced a plastic bucket off him and he just moved over a little and I got by.. I looked back and he was on the bait pile...

Nope.... Recently we did get concealed carry.. But it's a PIA to get .. Gotta apply, take a course and qualify with firearm you are going to carry.... It gets costly.... I'm thinking about it though....
