Whatever .20 Cal rifle feels best shouldering and manuvering since you want to use as a hunting gun. I have an awsome accurate 22 250 rem 700 varmit that hangs on the wall because its heavy and long. Cheap single shot 223 is my hunting go to. Id love to have a featherlite wood stock bolt blued barrel gun and work up a custom load it likes..
