Big Bodied Buck

I came across this trail cam photo on Twitter last night. This is not a picture from my cam....but I just had to share. I've never seen such a big fat buck! Haha! Wonder what this guy weighs? The buck I shot last year weighed 268 pounds after I gutted him and wasn't anywhere near as fat as this guy!

IMO, these bucks are at their peak weight right now. If things play out the way they normally do, he'll do less eating and a lot more roaming and drop some of that weight. Prolly slim down to a still hefty mid 200's. lol
