In Ohio river 14” with limit of 6, in some places there is no minimum or limit. The locals kept unders, I gave most of my legals away. Some of these people were fishing for food if understand what I’m saying.

A old coach of mine and I went perch’n’ today (first of the summer) around cedar point, picked up a one man limit and called it a day
