I'm hoping for rain also for the seed I sowed on Sunday. Couple drops now.
Good luck on your rain.

If you want a clover plot do a fall seeding on top of your present planting. Then do a frost seeding early next spring. I did a late frost seeding of clover on my oats in late march and I now have a good stand of clover knee high.

Not sure, but I drove out to our land today and looked at the dirt from the road and it was soaked. The plot I planted for my buddy is sprouting up already.

Ah, there'll be some. The important thing is you got a good dousing to kick things off. If we keep having these cool, damp nights, that'll help too. We'll see rain again in a week.

Its going to rain!! Its dryer than chit here, I haven't mowed the grass in 3 weeks. My plots need a really good soaking! Mike told me he'd do a rain dance for me and apparently it worked LOL.

Well hopefully I didn't jinx myself. We just had nice green pass over us on the radar and it didn't rain a drop at the house. Could of rained 3 miles south where our land is, but I won't know til tomorrow.
