Billboard in Newark Ohio?

Haha I like it hope it's actually thereI was told this is a legitimate billboard in Newark, at St. Rt. 13 and 21st.
Can anyone in that area confirm this to be true?
Funny azz hell, even if it's not.

Eastown Road often has similar messages here in town. They don't hold back. So it wouldn't surprise me if this is legit.
Dammit, I was just in that area. I had to go run a few errands in town , & just got back. I grew up less than a mile in between rt 13 & 21st, from this spot. Had i known.....

Oh Yea. I was told by a trusty person...This billboard was paid for by a local realtor. (She knows who but would not say)
