Jesse, have you tried the Polish?
Yes. With shine being hard to get these days, that stuff is perfect for filling the need! The only reason I even fool with shine is because its part of my roots and making pie requires that "essence". But the Polish stuff is great for what I get rid of.

They have a whipped topping flavored vodka that I have been going to add to a batch of apple pie to make apple pie ala mode but just haven't gotten around to trying it yet. They also have an apple juice with whipped cream flavoring already in it at Wally World about this time of year TOO.

Anyone ever make Grappa?

It's basically moonshine distilled from grape pulp. Some strong stuff, burns going down.

That reminds me, I have to drive up to Madison this weekend to get some grape juice. Tis the season for winemaking.

Buy the Smirnoff Whipped Cream Vodka Don. I bought it and some Pumpkin Spice Vodka for this batch. Both are darn tasty.

That's what I was looking at at the state store last time I was there. You could add that to about anything that ya make and add a little more flavor that way. Another great way to tweek a recipe and make it unique to your individual taste. I bet it would be good in my peach pie.
