You fellers inspired me to do my good deed this week. Stopped and moved old boy to the other side of the road. Nice wetland area in that ditch, so he should have had a good day.

Funny story,WHen my daughter was bout 7,I was transplanting some pines in the yard and had a ballcap sized hole in the yard.she put a couple ofsticks and some grass over the hole,said she was trapping a box turtle.Wife and I had a good laugh.Next day I hear " dad come here",Yep,she had one.Damnest thing I ever saw.

Went to visit my grandparents grave in Middleport today and this guy was waiting when we arrived

Went along a back road near a marsh along the Delaware bay and helped out 7 terrapin’s....they are everywhere....saw one every couple of hundred yards.

I could have moved one yesterday, but it was in a terrible spot to stop. Didn't see a body there when I came through today, so he must have been alright without me!

Saw a pretty good sized snapping turtle the other day traveling down a highway... He was upside down and lacking of life...
