Anyone have a guess how old or big this guy might be? It's a 1.5 mile drag if I tag him where this was taken, don't wanna bite off more than I can chew....

I suck at guessing this crap so I won't even venture a guess. If too big to drag, I would quarter and haul out that way. If it is a 1.5 mile drag, then I am not likely to shoot a doe or a small buck.

Shoot him if you like him, that drag shouldn't have much to do with the decision. Even if he's 500 lbs, it'd be manageable once quartered.

Thanks for all the feedback. I think quartering him is a great suggestion. If I'm lucky enough to get a clean shot I'm gonna go that route.
