Hoping a certain buck made it through our gun season... So for inventory purposes I dumped corn last week and yesterday... Had does and a small buck on camera all week then this guy showed up last night... Hard to tell by looking at his head, but body wise has the look of a buck... What do you guys think???
Pic with horns is from last fall...

First impression, it is a buck. But better picture would definitely help.
" J " Definitely hard to tell from that pic to see any holes in head from horns... Hopefully he'll come back tonight and offer up a better pic... If it is him, he must of dropped horns in mid Dec. since it appears hair has covered up holes....

IMO, just a big ass nanny doe letting others nibble while she checks out your camera. If that was a buck the black dots would be very evident with that angle but photo clarity isn’t the best as mentioned above. She’s got a big ole belly to her though. The neck also looks more doe like IMO.

Thanks guys... Guess I'm just hoping he made it, because he's a decent deer for that area... Got a feeling he got shot Thurs. of gun, because when I drove by it looked like the AMISH we're there... I was even looking for a van with Ohio plates..
