DAYYYUUUMMM that's nice! Need a little dog cut out in the front so your pup can have visuals of birds dropping for marks, but that is a pimpin setup!

Remi doesn't know what he's doing, so I'll just turn him loose at the end of he volley and help him out. He does follow hand commands and I bought ball bearings to throw at the ducks so he can see the splash. At 6 and with bad eyes, we do what we can. I'll be getting a new pup in the spring and plan to build a platform and ramp with an opening on my end of the blind once we have her ready to rock. In the mean time, he'll just sleep at my feet...

Sounds like your feet wont be getting cold this winter, no need for a buddy heater. Personally though, when your ready for another pup start looking right now so the dogs a year old before they hit the field and have a solid understanding of what's going on with a years worth of training. That's what I'll be doing next year or the year after. It's always good to have an extra dog or two since they are prevalent to injuries, cut pads, ect while hunting, at least that's my excuse for getting another lol!!!

I can't do a puppy right now and with baseball right around the corner, June is the best time for me to bring home a pup. I realize she won't be ready for next season, but she'll at least get some exposure.

I forgot this pic. Found these neoprene seats at Wally World and added them to some cheep Costco chairs. The back rest supports your lumbar perfectly and the seat is comfy. Easy to move around and they fold up for storage. Money well spent!

Damn, that sure turned out great Jesse!! Now that's duck hunting in style!! Maybe if I had something like that to sit in instead of traipsing through a marsh getting stuck enough to pull your waders off perhaps I'd still enjoy duck hunting!!
