Got dining room and living room done. I had a ton of time setting all the nails that were in the flooring! My old man did it 30 some years ago and was scratching his head when he showed up to see how the project was goin. Lookin for a finisher now, got a call into a guy and he is runnin out of time to call back. I'll never understand how that isn't important to someone!

That is a bunch of them. Dang. Rent a finisher. I did it. It isn't that bad. If I can do it, anyone can.

dang buckstar i m not sure how i missed this thread...i had to do similar.. its so much easier to just start with new 2x4 walls. ran all new electric, HVAC, water lies etc...all you need are jam extensions and your good to go on the windows. Sam is right on the rounded but that is a craft long gone now adays.
