I am at a crossroad and figured I'd share. Maybe it's just me and my luck. Maybe it is this specific product. Or maybe this has happened to others and it will help me make up my mind on what to do.

A couple of weeks back they had refurbished cell cams on the website. I was tempted to buy them, I just didn't know how many I wanted. Went back later in the day and they were gone. Not sold out, gone from the daily sales add. The next day they were back so I went ahead and ordered 4. A week latter they showed up and all 4 cams had the wrong antenna. Called them up and within a couple of minutes they had me all set with a new order. They showed up today and it's the same issue!

I emailed them back in the same email they sent me about the last order. I'm about over it. I know the smart thing to do would be to just go buy the proper antenna myself and move along. But I kinda just want to send them back and get a refund. Go without at this point. My cell cam experience didn't go well last year and this year isn't looking much better.

Anyone else had this issue with camofire?

What would you do?

I didn't open all the boxes to inspect this batch. Just looked at the antenna plugs and moved along.

They returned my email this morning. Offering to send me the correct antennas. Still mixed feelings on this adventure. Not exactly starting off on the joyful path.
 
2 of the 4 cams work. Still highly disappointed in this endeavor. I think I'm back to just hunting.
Haven't even done a thing with my 4...Oh other than getting them off the floor next to my recliner in the living room cuz she's tired of looking at them for a month and apparently we are getting company tomorrow. In my defense we were down to Myrtle Beach for a week so I really haven't had the time before now.

Not sure why I even tried. I need less things to fight in my life. I guess I figured I could get some joy, but this isn't that. Just been one more thing to struggle with. It shouldn't be this hard. So I'll remove it and not fight it.

What’s wrong with the two non working cameras?
All 4 were supposed to be AT&T cams. One is Verizon, but I was able to get it working. One antenna stud is broken. One won't recognize anything. Not even working as just a camera. One worked flawless and set up easily.

Time to unload on their customer service…. Don’t hold back and make them compensate you for the ass pain!
