Officially getting amped up for this year!!!! How many days till that first cold front?!?!?!
This year is going to be crazy for us. I had my kid hunts somewhat limited by my kids size with weapons. Thats nearly gone with the huge differences one year growth makes. I think the issue will be freezer space and want vs greed this year. Does dad really need to kill one might be the question season....yes im pumped.

Yup. With 3 kids hunting, I have been able to be more selective about my harvest. I'm due for another taxi bill.

I didn't like the girl shooting the low poundage bow...I hope others learn from it. She should've had a crossbow if she couldn't pull it back enough to be ethical.

What episode is that?
Maybe 10? Some new dudes girlfriend. She shot one one evening and lost it. Shot another the following evening. Recovered it the following day. Boyfriend face timed her while he found it.

My take: after she wounded 2 deer in 2 days, she didn't have the respect for the animal to take a day off.

Want to be mad at bad shots, check this one out. I watched it with Kaydence and she called her out for taking a bad shot before I did! 😂

I fast forward to 12 minutes. That's just a gut shot on a first deer. I can understand some stuff happening. But the other girl is a little different IMO. They admitted to the bow being around 38-40 pounds. They didn't say how big the cutting edge was on the head. But I wouldn't let my kids hunt with that.
