Cloverdale Compton sweet 2025

Yeah I can get on 75 pretty easy and wing it up there. Whiskey city shoot is only a hour and fifteen for me about the same as driving to paint Creek. We may try the IBO I'm not ruling it out.
Give me a text if you do. They have camping available there too. I don’t know if we will camp or hide in a motel yet but we will be there, Lord willing.

That’s a great way to spend some time outside with that girl! Have a great time at WC!

I just bought a bigger generator for the old RV. Big plans for next weekend!

Love this thread! It brings back a lot of great memories when I was young. I shot my bow so much I practically slept with it lol. I’m going to get back into it and don’t care about the weight even if it’s a twenty pounder. It’s just plain fun slinging arrows!
There are an unbelievably high number of really good single string shooters that shoot really low poundage these days. And they shoot far better than most do with “hunting weight “ bows. I will keep dropping poundage to stay in the game as long as I can and would encourage anyone to do the same.
Grizzly’s are great bows. My mother gave my dad a Ted Williams series bow in 1960 for the first Christmas together. Turns out it is actually a Grizzly marketed through the big box stores of its time. I killed a deer with it in 2017 or 18. It would still work today if I took it to the woods.

Most likely bought at Sears. They sold Winchester shotguns marked Ted Williams. Only good thing about getting old is you can remember how good times were back then. That’s cool that you still have it!
