Thanks Ric! This is the one harvest i think i may be most proud of,been trying but damn it's been tough getting it all to come together. I figured a blind would be the best way but shooting it while leaning against a tree with some brush around me sure made it more exciting.Congratulations again Brian, what you did is quite the feat
Gonna try for another one but am sure the odds are against me to do it twice in one season.
Should be fun trying though.

those are extras. will give them away to my mother and neighbor. still, I need to put the bow away and tend to my brisket. enough multi-tasking today for today. 
Why can't every cold shot look like this?
You fellers inspired me to get off my ass and start shooting again, but with an emphasis on "one good shot". I've been keeping the bow in the bedroom and have the target set at 35 yards. Open the door and let one rip first thing in the morning. Makes for a great start to the day!
the downside is if you fuck it up, you spend the rest of the day figuring out what went wrong, which can be quite bothersome. my experience, anyway.
I walked out on the patio after the rain passed at lunch, realized the target was uncovered and said "Screw it, send it." So 40 yard cold shot, surprisingly not bad.
