What about Brio Tuscan Grille?

Thinking we could pop over to Easton and shop for a little bit, eat and head home pretty easy.

Brio is very good - owned by the same company that owns Bravo and Piada if that helps either one. The one at Easton is a really big place so you should be able to get in easily. Nice big outdoor seating too.

The only drawback to Brio is it is very loud inside. We almost had to yell to have a conversation in there last time. If you're going to Easton you should definitely give Champps a try. Excellent food, great variety and menu size, and not real expensive. One of Mary and I's favorites.

Where'd you go Jesse? I sent a coworker to checkout Planks(owner Doug Plank ex Buck) and he really liked it but that was 3-4 years ago....

Good choice, did you get the lobster bisque? Best around in my opinion

I thought about it, but didn't. We got a bruschetta with ricotta chesse, caramelized onion jam, bacon, arugula, and a balsamic glaze that was out of this world! My wife ordered the Pasta Alla Vodka which is ricotta filled pasta, spicy tomato Parmesan cream sauce, crispy pancetta, garlic, basil and it was AMAZING! I went out on a limb to try something I have only had once and wanted to verify I didn't like it and that was the grilled lamb chops. I'm just not a fan of lamb and figured I would try it done in a quality restaurant. When we go back, I'll order what the wife had.

It was loud, but not terrible. They cram a BUNCH of people in that place and with the kitchen being open to the dining room, it makes for a loud place to eat no doubt. We sat near the bar/front door in the corner, so it was as far from the kitchen as you could get and it wasn't terrible.

So you can see the kitchen cooking your food in this place?

Yes you can if you set up close but be prepared for it to be loud. It's pretty neat to watch them cooking but they are so fast at it that it's nearly impossible to see them cooking YOUR food. It's crazy how much food they can turn out in so little time. And it's not burgers and fries it's top notch cuisine.
