Conceal Carry Insurance

What exactly does a policy like this cover? If we can't get insurance for a summer gathering, seems hard to believe you can get insurance to carry a gun in public.

I thought that meant carrying 2 weapons. Insurance in case one isn't enough. LOL.
You are paying for a policy to cover your legal defense and bond if you are arrested for using your gun in a self defense situation. This is fresh on my mind because a couple that we know just had their son convicted today for second degree murder for defending himself. It was in Wake county, NC, where Raleigh is, and as such is a very liberal part of the state.
Just a brief back story, he is former military and had been helping out a fellow former military member who was dealing with some serious PTSD. The guy traveled from Washington state, he was a staying at his house, he lost it and tried to get the guy I knows gun. There was a struggle and he he killed him.

The struggle is real for many of these men. Thankful to be a small part of a local non profit which helps our vets. It's a shame what your friend's son is going thru. I'm sorry to read this. Wish I had some input to help.
This is what I have. Thankfully never needed it but it’s cheap peace of mind should I ever get in a situation.
