Concrete leveling

Anyone have any experience with raising concrete slabs with either mudjacking or polyjacking? There are 4 squares of my driveway that are dropping. About 15 feet by 15 feet square total. I’m worried if I don’t address it soon I will get cracks and it will just get worse. Anyone have this type of work done? Cost? I think I’d have to wait for warmer weather to get it done but thinking about getting a few estimates now. Thx

I diy'd my front stoop. For your driveway I would go with poly. The mud doesn't last.

No. Been dropping about the past 2 years. I was hoping it was just some general settling but is getting lower. House is 18 years old so not sure why it started?

Gotcha. My house was about the same age when things started changing. My guess for here was old stumps.

I had an old garage that was cracked up and one part (maybe 40sq ft) settled about 4 inches. They jacked it up with concrete using only a couple of holes and was good as new. Can't recall the cost but it wasn't much.

I had similar issues and went with Emerson Pro Services after a neighbor recommended them. They explained everything clearly and didn’t push anything extra.

The leveling held up through winter and made a big difference with water drainage too. Way cheaper than tearing it all out.

Yea I had a company called Polyfix come and address it. It has held up fairly well.
