I was considering the Sig 365 XL and the Springfield Hellcat Pro, as they're virtually the same size. I went with the Hellcat Pro, but ended up replacing the trigger with an Apex. Easy enough to switch it out, which was what helped me keep it.

The factory trigger had some sort of "bounce back" that felt like a busted baseball bat, so it was either sell it and start over or switch out the trigger....which was less expensive.
I love my M&P pistols, but hate how most of the models use the magazine as part of the grip.

On a quick reload, you're almost guaranteed to pinch your hand/fingers with that step in the grip/magazine.
Concealed Carry is a very personal choice, for everything involved.

I have to have my hand on a full grip, so the micro and sub-compact pistols are out of the question. Some of the macro pistols are nice, because they have a full grip, but very short barrels.
Bottom line: Get what feels good in
your hand.

Sig Sauer has a great reputation, so I don't think you can go wrong with any model of the 365.
