slap it in a slow cooker and have pulled hog. Pretty good stuff and yes, younger is better. The yote have all but wiped them out around here.

Only time I've ever had it, it done up by badger and DAMNNNNNNN it was good. I would hesitate to try it again. If you think about it a young one is just really a giant squirrel
