I backed my ranger up too it and whacked it from the bed. It was crazy, he just laid there and took it.

LMAO I get visions of a new TV show....instead of Swamp People it's Coyote People.....'choot 'em Brian...'choot 'em!! as Rick is getting tossed all around with the catch pole in hand!
 
Dropped my yote pelt off at pine ridge taxidermy and tannery today and he said I could take a pic. I'm thinking that the next yote I catch will end up like this!

I sure will, I can't wait! I have a feeling it'll be a while though, he said it probably would be summer time before I get my deer hides back that I dropped off at the beginning of January.
 
#9 Male weighed in at 38#. He was pretty vicious for a minute. Tried the Crossman Penetrator Lead Free pellets on this one. One shot in the top of the head and this yote was "game over" before he hit the ground! I am sold on these pellet guns! Can't wait for the new one to get here now!

I think I got a case of beginners luck, I haven't caught one since my first one 3 weeks ago. Any tips for snaring in this snow?
