Put a 6 inch galvanized spike through my foot a few years back. Stepped on it while tilling the garden. Squeezed a tube of Neosporin in the hole, put my shoe back on, finished tilling.
My foot looked like a red football the next day. Took a lot of antibiotics to fix that.
