So I've had a Maxpedition Riftcore 23L pack for a few years. It has served me well as my overnight bag for hotel or hospital stays, carries electronics well, it holds my get home items well when traveling.

I really like how it doesn't scream tacticool and no one bats an eye at it in urban settings but it carries what I need it to and I like the zippered ccw access that effectively is hidden in plain sight. I can have a very effective get home kit with me and accessible but it isn't noticeable as such.

I noticed one of the zippers no longer works, so as long as I keep that one in one place the whole bag is still functional but that's not ideal.

So I'm looking for something new. Ideally I would prefer it to be slightly larger but still easily used as a personal (under the seat in front of me, not carryon) bag.

I believe they have a lifetime warranty. Might be worth a contact.

That is what I carried. Condor isn't bad for the money but it isn't the same class as the others listed. I still have a couple I use for hunting and fishing. 3 day pack to be exact, 1 in OD and 1 in multicam

I wanted to see what kind of pack you were talking about, so I googled it and went to their website
Says that the 23L is on closeout sale/final sale $139

I was never a fan of the products they made but it looks like they've stepped up since then.

I have so many packs and get squeamish at killing an expensive one. So for carrying trail clearing, saw, stand hanging chit i tend to use the Amazon junk that lasts 3+ yrs. For hiking, shed hunting, boots on the ground stuff where ergonomics, back orientation (having a screwed up C's in my spine and borderline scoliosis_ I like Mystery Ranch. Just heard they were bought by Yeti....not sure how i feel about that. US made, great warranty, build for the military. As for models....IDK, I have a few of them for things from work laptop and stuff, mobile hunting, out west stuff, to shed/mushroom hunting, to hiking....because I found sales and jumped....point in being THEY HAVE SO (/TOO) MANY MODELS.
