Ever since I can remember my father hung out with the generation before him...now 105-130 years old. I learned a lot simply by watching and listening when I was a youngster. Much appreciated memories.

I’m 55 now but when I was around 25, I would purposely have long conversations with the older guys in our hunting club...guys in their 80’s and 90’s. Learned a lot about life when they were younger...before tv’s, modern appliances, automobiles, etc. This was around 1990-1995 so these guys were born around 1900-1910. I wish I could go back and have the same conversations with a tape recorder....they had some great stories.
