this type of thing goes on every year. Why they just don't have one either sex tag and then $24 doe tags for those counties with the 3 deer limits is beyond me. Not to mention the "discounted" antlerless tags.

exactly!!!!!! So simple of a fix that the dumbest of dumbasses would understand it!!! Well except the ones who do it anyways!

Its such an easy fix, one antlered tag and then the appropriate amount of tags for does. So easy a caveman can do it........
