Deleting FB...

I just annoying most of the time... I don't need any of the negativity in my life. Sure I could go through and clean house...or I could just walk away.
 
I don't mind those types of things. It's the butt hurt world we live in today that pisses me off. We have a war on cops right now because of bad media and social networks. This BLM terrorist group really has things all fucked up right now. These stupid ass clowns...yup. Same, and all these different fucks wouldn't of have a chance at anything without the power of FB and other social networks. It's all bullshit and we have much bigger problems building in America with this election. I'm not sure what to even believe anymore with that either?! [emoji17]
 
I don't feel like I've missed anything. I've also stopped watching the news...man it's so much easier to eat a meal in peace! I've heard some talk around work about Killary being under the spotlight again...I've been avoiding that too! Lol
 
I've cut way back on FB. If I post, it's by linking an IG pic. I rarely read my news feed any more. Maybe once a day for 5 minutes while taking a dump. Other than that, I'm over it...
 
That's about the only time I miss it, while pooping... I end up checking the weather about 50 times a day now. Kind of amazing how often the forecast changes.
 
Ive cut back quite a bit as well. I only check it 2-3 times a day now. I also cut a lot of useless feeds and people from it as well. I would delete it all together but that's how I keep in touch with the guys I served with.
 
I've heard about some fun 'events' and random 'get togethers' through the face book. I've also done some private eye work.

The information that people openly share still amazes me. Put in the wrong hands(which it is the moment you post it) and you can have some repercussions. Screw that. I enjoy my privacy.

I've had the GW show up at my house before over FB post. I've never been ticketed, as I do things right. But they sure thought they had me. And once them pricks think they have you, they dig and dig. That was a couple of years ago and I'm sure they are still trying to prove themselves right. Fucking dicks!
 
So it's been over a month and I can't explain to you guys how nice it's been! If FB is getting on your nerves and people are pissing you off, dump that shit! Life is much better without.

I understand that some of you use it as a tool, but it was really starting to get to me and effect my mood. If you are finding yourself like this, dump it. I don't care who fucked who, what color your shit was, that your doing laundry, or what your political beliefs are.

The only reason it even came to mind today was because I was thinking about the deer I let my Kody take a shot at during youth season. I have a trail cam pic of that deer and I'm pretty sure it'd be easier to find it on FB, then on my computer. I'll look in the computer...
 
I've back way off the reading part and that helps. Like Joe, gotta stay logged in if I want to connect TOO's FB and IG accounts, and I link my IG posts to FB for the people who care to see what I'm up to. I've also cleaned up my feed so much, I really only have TOO brothers, a few college buddies and some family.

FB around the elections might be one of the worst things around!
 
I deleted all of my news/political shit. Just not worth the time to read the rehash of shot I already know.

Good to see FB be more about people's lives than their pet topic of the moment again.
 
Been 3 months and I just thought about downloading the app again. My first real urge to check on some people I haven't heard from.

How's the election stuff going? Is it still cluttered with political crap?
