I've been wearing corrective lenses for over 40 years. I've been using Accuvue daily wear lenses for like 20 years or so, then started using the Accuvue Moist single use disposables about a year ago. They work fine, and I've come to enjoy the convenience of not having to store them, but they are pretty expensive. I have typically just gotten them through my optometrist. time to reorder, so I started shopping a bit. 1800contacts is the most expensive place online, but the cheapest I found was just under $60 for a one month supply. there are some deals that involve rebates and large orders that keep the cost down, but nobody comes close to Hubble without the gimmicky rebate system, which I hate. I don't really want to give you my money so you can give it back to me two months from now. fuck that shit.
these lenses are $30 for a one month supply, that is, 30 lenses for each eye. I got my free two week trial lenses today and have been wearing them for an hour. they seem to be of very high quality, and comfortable enough so far. I like the idea of spending under $400 per year on lenses instead of $800. anybody else use Hubble?
