Im the worlds worst mechanic. I was the only one in 10th grade shop class to bring in a working lawn mower and make it unusable. I can build stuff but if it’s mechanical forget it. I avoid electricity for everyone’s safety. It’s easier to work overtime and pay a guy.
that's pretty much how I feel about electrical work.

I can't sharpen a knife to save my life either. Can't weld AT ALL. Knots confuse me. No mechanical skills to speak of.

I'm not bad with electricity though. Have added circuits to a breaker box and run a 20A circuit to an outbuilding. Can build a computer tower from components and write programs for it tho.

Thank god someone left me something. I could never figure out what to do with all these leftover screws! In all honesty electricity has fed me and the family for a while.

I cannot sharpen a knife either.

I cannot finish drywall. I can get by but it takes me three times as long as your average Joe.

Plumbing and electric i can do. My only hang-up is that I have to shut the main off if I am going to work on it. I do not trust secondary shutoffs or individual breakers. Just don't trust it to do it any other way. Don't know why.

Knots. That's a good one. I'm super basic with my knots. It's something I've thought about pursuing in an attempt to get better at it because there's all kind of room for improvement.

I can add that one too. Electricity is not my strong suit either. I'm getting better at electrical stuff on vehicles but wouldn't say I'm good at it by any means. Just better than I used to be. House electrical stuff. . . Fuhgitaboudit

No secret, I'm colorblind, and it fucks me every which way I turn. From brown vs. black socks, belts or shoes, to blue or purple whatever. If there isn't someone around who isn't colorblind, then it can get real fun real quick with almost anything for me.

Tracking blood in the fall - slow as hell, but we'll get there.

Electricity - we have a 50/50 chance for me to cut the right wire, cover your nuts. Understand the principles, so there are tools that help.

Plumbing - we good.

Mechanical - love it. I can drive or wheel just about anything, but it won't be pretty and there won't be much left of the tires or engine but we'll cross that finish line sliding in sideways if we have to, duct tape and hillbilly rigged if needed. Yep, gonna need that grinder every time I weld.

Electromechanical - I'll fry it every time. Ill pay the man to do that.

Patience - i have always heard of this guy, never met him, don't think I ever will but I work on it daily.

I have terrible hand writing and i cant sketch things out. But I got A's in drafting class and can relief carve very well.

I also suck a drywall and mudding.

I cant put a sticker on straight to save my life and i love sticker bombing things.

In recent years, my tolerance to bullshit has become almost non existent but I still want to help friends and family.

I have lost all faith in our government officials but still love my country.

I don't take very good care of myself but worry more about my loved ones these days.

I wash my truck all the time but haven't had the ambition to detail the inside in 2 seasons.

Soldering copper. I know how. Just not very good at it. Some times I nail it right away. Other times it takes 6 attempts. My new method? Cut it out and use pex.

I can do most all things construction or handyman things ( I don't mess with electricity if it's hot ,testing or doing anything around wires like some do f that) I can be a slob inside garage vehicles ect (which I hate) and bad procrastinator. I don't do technology other than bear minimum. I don't try to download apps, usernames passwords all hard shit. Tearing down a small engine game on but getting Spotify or something like that F that.

I can pretty much do anything in a house except carpet and finishing drywall. Like you guys I just murder the mud and tape process. Plumbing, electric, tile, flooring, framing and building ain't a problem, even repair of household appliances. On vehicles, I've always turned my own wrenches.

The one thing I cannot do is drill out a broken bolt. I will slop out that hole Every. Fucking. Time. And to make matter worse I can't run a tap set to save my damn life. Life's cruel joke. At least make a man halfway decent one of those. I've even drilled out a bolt once and like always I made a mockery of it, but got it out. I cleaned up the hole and proceed to break the freaking tap off in the hole.
