Dana said that Silva walks around at 205-210 when he's not cutting for a fight. But I agree, if he moves up I think he would lose some speed/agility/and elusiveness, all of which I think are his biggest advantages against other opponents.

Depends if he made the permanent jump to LHW and stacked on 15-20 more pounds of muscle to match some of those guys strength. He looked awesome in the Forrest Griffin and James Irvin fight at 205. Im curious as to what weight he was when he stepped in the Ocatagon then.

If he went in his natural body weight at 205 he wouldnt loose a thing, heck he might even feel healthier than cutting to make 185. I'm going to assume, like most fighters he cuts water weight and does not eat a couple days before the fight. Now the weeks before a fight he's training and sparring at his natural body weight.
