Congrats on a well deserved late season heck of an 8 point buck Zack! By the sounds of your posts throughout the season I/we could tell you were frustrated. Many of us have been there many times. Glad to see it finally happen for you. No matter what he scores that is a solid mature buck. IMO, he'll gross mid to high 130's and net low to mid 130's. can't wait to read your story and see more pics.

Did he have a high hit that healed up on his left side? It looks like it in the pic, but we know how bad my eyes have been.

Just my thinking Jimmy, I gave him 10" of g1's, 15" of g2's, 15" of g3's, 46" of MB's, 32" of mass and a inside spread of 16"(prolly less but its close) and came up with 134" gross. I rounded down so IMO, he'll be at least 134" gross and he's relatively symmetrical so he'll be within 2-3 inches on his net. IMO

Yeah, 154 is way off. My guess was 135-136 last night when I was going over him. Hell of a deer regardless!

I am going out on a limb and say that this buck will gross 130" and net around 128". Heck of a nice 8 point. Congrats Zach!

Uhh yea, I think I was being a little too generous. I was looking primarily at his left side and I gave him too much tine length and definately too much spread. I still think he will gross near 140, but net in the 130's. You guys are waaaay better at this than I am.

Well, I've been fooled a lot by pics and trail cam photos. Usually I over guess the score, around 10" or so. His left side if you double it would be low to mid 130's and his right side mid to high 120's. Just my guess.

Well, Ric it looks like he was 17 1/2 wide so he gained some there and 5 inch c1's and a little more tine length than you thought so maybe he will hit that 140? Zach? Final tally?
He'll still be around 32" on mass with 5" bases cuz of the c4's but I under estimated his tine length alittle. There is some slight curvature that lengthens them. Lol
I grossed him originally at 134 minimum because I do get alittle conservative. You might be right, he might make 140 Jimmy. Hope he does, regardless he's a heck of a nice 8!

145 3/4 is what I came up with. I can post the measurements for everyone to see if you'd like. 5" & 5 1/4" bases and nothing under 4" all the way out! I honestly figured he'd hit right at 140", honestly supresed hes 145"
