Yep. Warm to cold or cold to warm creates condensation. More so cold to warm though. I always set mine in the garage the night before muzzy season and it won't come back inside until Tuesday night.

Mine goes in the gas and in to the truck the night before a hunt, even with a shotgun. It helps with scopes fogging up too.

Wish I would have checked the site Saturday before I came in from hunting lmao. I made the mistake of bringing the gun in the house after sitting out in the frozen tundra Saturday evening. Sunday morning didn't go as planned lol.
