Bought this 15-20yrs ago. Put a bunch of work into it. Used it. Eventually went thru several dump trucks to find what fit us best. Trailer got parked and sort of left for dead. Decided to drag it out. We will either use it or sell it. Sitting there is silly.
Had to repair one side board, tongue Jack, rear gate needed rebuilt and reinstalled, and front of the floor needed to be repaired.
More fun with the welder. A bit of fabrication work. Then cleaned up electrical connections and checked fluids. Dropped a used truck battery in there and tested it. This blew out a hydraulic line. Got that replaced tonight. Now doing a leak down test overnight. Tomorrow she gets washed down and then we can paint it. Again.
I sort of have a feeling we will be putting this back into service. Hooked to a dump truck. . . Be nice to carry top soil AND mulch or bring mulch to jobs and use other to haul out debris. Great for firewood too.
